Indoor Football Skills with Strength, Speed and Agility Training

 

  • Offering 24, One Hour Sessions. Chose from an 8, 16 or 24 Session Packages. All sessions are self-scheduling. You may attend the times and days you wish.
  • Weeks of June 17 thru August 15 ( No sessions July 4 week)
  • Session days are:    Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 
  • Session Times:        Session #1   4:00 - 5:00 PM                                                                                                                               Session #2   5:00 - 6:00 PM                                                                                                                                       Session #3   6:00 - 7:00 PM

 How it Works:

                                                                                               

We are offering three types of session packages. Athletes may purchase sessions to attend once per week (8 sessions), twice per week (16 sessions), and three times per week (24 sessions).  All sessions are self - scheduling by the athlete via our online scheduling system or downloadable app.

  • Session days are:  Monday, Tuesday and Thursday  
  • Session Times:       Session #1   4:00 - 5:00 PM                                                                                                                               Session #2   5:00 - 6:00 PM                                                                                                                                         Session #3   6:00 - 7:00 PM

Sessions Include:

Proper tackling and blocking technique (Non-Contact)

Receiving and quarterback drills

Defensive drills

Conditioning 

 

                                                      Age 9-12  Strength, Speed and Agility Package Options

 The age 9-12 athletes have the OPTION OF PURCHASING packages to attend an introduction to youth weight training and functional movement sessions. This training is tailored to develop a foundation for functional movements and strength. These Group Strength Training Sessions are also self-scheduling, with a wide spectrum of weight room time availability. Players are recommended to train (2) two days per week with programs designed and supervised by Certified Strength Coaches.  

 

 

                                                   Age 13 +  Strength, Speed and Agility Package Options

The 13 and older athletes have the OPTION of PURCHASING packages to attend Group Strength classes held in our pro-style weight room. The Group Strength Training Sessions are also self-scheduling, with a wide spectrum of weight room time availability. Players are recommended to weight train (3) three days per week with programs designed and supervised by Certified Strength Coaches.
