Functional strength and speed are imperative to the modern world athlete. By tiering our strength/speed/agility training program, athletes are given the opportunity to grow amongst athletes of similar and advanced talents at a pace all their own.
The focus is on strength development, power production, building speed, athleticism and complete functionality throughout the kinetic chain.
The program is convenient for the busy athlete. It allows the athlete to choose the days and times they wish to train. The Weight Room is available from 3-9 PM Monday thru Thursday, with additional slots available on Fridays and Saturdays. Athletes can schedule their own times.
Training programs are supervised and designed by our in-house strength coach.
Novice to experienced individuals welcomed and grouped accordingly.
