Functional strength and speed are imperative to the modern world athlete. By tiering our strength/speed/agility training program, athletes are given the opportunity to grow amongst athletes of similar and advanced talents at a pace all their own.

  • The focus is on strength development, power production, building speed, athleticism and complete functionality throughout the kinetic chain.
  • The program is convenient for the busy athlete. It allows the athlete to choose the days and times they wish to train. Gym is available from 3-9 pm Monday thru Thursday, with additional slots available on Fridays and Saturdays. Athletes can schedule their own times.  
  • Training programs are supervised and designed by our in-house strength coach.
  • Novice to experienced individuals welcomed and grouped accordingly.
