Mariners College Exposure

15U and 16U Teams


 The Atlantic Baseball Club is proud to host a 15U and 16U college exposure team! This program is for athletes seeking advanced training and competition via tournaments in an effort towards being an outstanding high school and college player. The professional coaching staff is dedicated to providing an advanced level of teaching and development for the motivated athlete.  

• All must attend evaluation tryouts.‚Äč Tryouts are continuous from August through December.   

• Once selected, players are then introduced to a rigorous advanced teaching environment where the focus is on detailed instruction of proper baseball mechanics.

• Our players compete against the best competition throughout the Eastern United States. We attend tournaments to showcase our talent before college coaches and recruiters.


Training Facility and Winter Team Practices

The teams perform off-season training at The Atlantic Baseball Club in Hanover Ma. This state of the art facility has 10 turf batting cages that can be transformed into a 12,000 square foot open practice field. All teams take part in an intense 4 month workout program that is structured and organized. Teams will practice twice a week for 2 hours on a weekend day and an additional 2 hours during a week night. They also will receive physical training twice a week with a certified trainer. The objective is to prepare our players for the 2018 season and beyond.

A Typical Season


Fall Training

  • Next Level Workouts offered 1 day per week commencing Thursday, November 2 through March 15, 2018. Players have an option to attend as many as they wish.
    • November 2, 2017 - March 15, 2018
    • Workouts are 90 Minutes Each
  • Black Friday Clinic – November 24th


Winter Training- January 6-  March 15

  • Team will practice 4 hours per week
    •  3 hours dedicated to baseball development
    •  1 hour to physical development with a certified trainer (speed, power, agility).


  • Team will practice outdoors once high school baseball has concluded.     
  • Team will play in 5 exhibition games against other teams to prepare for tournaments.
  • Team will compete in 6 elite tournaments with the potential of college scouts in attendance (5 local and 1 out of state).
