The South Shore's Indoor Baseball/Softball Training Center ....
The Atlantic Baseball Club… is a state of the art facility located in Marshfield, MA well known for professional baseball and softball instruction. Our clinics, camps and private lessons in hitting, pitching, catching and positional play accommodate baseball and softball players of all ages and abilities. We also offer cage rental for individuals or teams. The Atlantic Baseball Club leads the league in fundamental development and has a stocked Pro Shop as well. We are also the training Home of the Mariners AAU Baseball and Club Softball Programs.

* Baseball Fundamentals & Motor Skill Development Program
Ages 7-12
The premise of the program is to provide fundamental training in all the baseball disciplines for the 7,8,9,10,11 and 12 year-old athlete. This 12 week program meets on Saturdays for 1.5 Hours during the winter months of January through Mid-April. Each week for 1 hour players will work on baseball skills and drills with the remaining 1/2 hour devoted to speed, power, agility, reaction and kinetic movement development. The program is taught by the ABC staff. SOLD OUT

Ages 12 - 17
High School and Babe Ruth Pre-Season Prep
Tuesday Nights 6:30-8:00 PM
There will be a series of 13 or 17 workouts hosted by the staff of the ABC. These workouts will be 1.5 hours in duration. The first hour segment of the workouts will consist of various drills to improve hitting, fielding, pitching and catching . The last 1/2 hour is devoted to physical development drills as they relate to baseball.

Next Level Training - High School & Babe Ruth Ages 12-18

The Next Level Training Program
A comprehensive pre-season program designed to prepare the 12-18U athlete for the 2012 season. The programs approach is aimed at improving the baseball skill levels but also the physical development of the athlete as well . We have included 1 Private Lesson in any discipline to further enhance the learning experience. The specific program goals:
1. Prepare the 12U athlete for the transition to the Varsity Diamond.
2. Prepare the high school athlete for March tryouts. Improve all around athletic ability. There will be a series of 13 or 17, 1.5 hour workouts hosted by the staff of the ABC. The first hour will consist of drills to improve baseball skills. The last 1/2 hour is devoted to physical development drills as they relate to baseball. Program will meet every Tuesday evening. It commences on Tuesday, December 13, 2011 from 6:30 - 8:00 PM.
